These birthing affirmations were created by me as part of my own birth prep with my third baby. 
 
After sharing a snippet of them on my Instagram, my inbox was flooded with requests to make them available for purchase. As I am deep in my birthing bubble (any day or week now!) I thought the easiest way to share them would be to make them a downloadable & self printable product.
 
The download includes 16 unique cards with powerful birthing affirmations. Use alongside visualisation in birth prep, or to hang in your birth space. I have included he file as both a .PNG & .PDF, and easy suggestions for printing.
